FelixBowl XI: A Tradition Unlike Any Other Player Bio (5/2/2013)
Charlie debuted onto the scene with a Championship at the second ever Felixbowl and the first ever Felix Bowl to be played at Mondauk Park. To this day he has the greatest hair of any Felix Bowl champion, regardless of length and style. But Charlie is not a man preoccupied with great hair, even if his defenders are. Smugar has one of the highest touchdown to targets ratio in the game today and is the perfect secret weapon to have on a Felix Bowl squad. He especially excels against his rival Brett Tannenbaum and the two are expected to have another showdown at this years event.
Thanksfelix Bowl II: Somebody Please Beat McGrath's Team Player Bio (11/8/2011)
Charlie is widely regarded as one of the biggest Felixbowl enthusiasts short of Mr. Felix himself. He has asked a Felixbowl record 17 questions to the commissioner over his time in the Felixbowl, which, when excluding sexual questions from Silver or McGrath, is miles ahead of the rest of the field. But Charlie has turned these questions into experience and knowledge on the field. He has been on plenty of great teams. It is a widely known fact that in Felixbowl II, when Charlie left his team went down the very next game. Don’t let his size fool you, he’s called Smugar because he is smug with the knowledge that he is that good at football. I think only Charlie would appreciate such a lame pun as that.

FelixBowl IV: A New Hope Player Bio (11/22/2010)
Charlie Smugar may be small but he packs a punch. He has led his team to two title games, bringing home the gold in Felix Bowl II. He has great endurance and has been underutilized in many of his previous games. He could be a secret weapon in this year’s draft, especially if paired with Max Massey, the two have shown chemistry in year’s past.
